Chess is offered at basic beginner level through to advanced. The game of chess draws upon a long list of skills including: logical thinking; intuition; memory; anticipating/thinking ahead; self-discipline and sportsmanship. Chess is a great way to expand your child’s thinking in a fun-learning environment.
Sessions are designed to improve the student’s analytical thinking, and help your child solve complex problems in a step-by-step fashion. The mentor designs a course that targets specific skills relevant to the school curriculum. Individual and pairs classes are available in primary and secondary education.
